halfbird in a wijld interview …

halfbird in a wijld interview …

"In fact, I always do what I like to do because it gives me thoughtlessness. And I use my time instead of letting it pass", tells us halfbird from Frankfurt, who was born in a village of 200 inhabitants in the beautiful Bavarian Rhön Mountains.

wijld:
How would a plastic-free week look like for you?
halfbird:
I'd wear a self-knitted whole-body overall in wool (as somehow any piece of clothes has some kind of plastic button on it) with my self-sewed cotton bag, strolling over the market and being happy that I get here and there an apple for free cause I brought my own bag . Afterwards I'd happily paint in my studio. Sounds great!

wijld:
Which three hashtags best describe you?
halfbird:
#waitinguntiltomorrowisnooption #antsinmypants #colorforall

wijld:
Are there certain things in the world that fascinate you?
halfbird:
Oh, yes. Mother Nature fascinates me. And life, like animals or plants. And ever since I gave birth to my little son, I got even more respect from her. Really everything is carefully thought through and has its function.

wijld:
The most important things in your studio?
halfbird:
My carpet, because I always paint on the floor. And lots of colours and pen chaos.

wijld:
Tell us about a quirk you have.
halfbird:
Sometimes I shouldn’t say what I think. It's not possible for me to do nothing.
