PACKAGING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING?
We charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros for shipping, packaging and handling for each delivery. For orders over 79 euros, there are no postage costs.
For shipping to Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, wijld charges postage costs of 7.90 euros. These postage costs are waived for orders over 150 euros.
For shipping to Albania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary and Cyprus, wijld charges postage costs of 14.90 euros. These postage costs are also waived for orders over 150 euros.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
We usually ship your order within 1-2 working days.
WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We use the DHL GoGreen service as standard for shipping. Within Germany, this usually takes about 1 to 3 working days.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time depends on two things:
- from your selected payment method and
- of course also depends on where in the world you live.
Orders paid via PayPal, direct debit, credit card or invoice will be processed as quickly as possible. If you pay in advance, we cannot process your order until the payment has been received in our account. This can take up to 2 days within Germany, and longer from abroad.
Depending on whether you live in Germany, France or Cyprus, our delivery service may sometimes need a few days longer to reach you, depending on the distance.
CAN I ALSO HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MY PACKSTATION?
It is also possible to send the order to packing stations within Germany. The shipment must have at least the dimensions 15 x 11 x 1 cm and must not exceed the dimensions 60 x 35 x 35 cm.
During checkout we will inform you if a product is too large to be sent to a packing station.
To send to your Packstation, simply enter the number of your Packstation and your personal postal code in the two lines in the “Street and house number” field of the delivery address during the ordering process by clicking on “Send to another address”.
HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY PACKAGE THE PRODUCTS?
We have done a lot of research and have actually managed it: ALL components of our packaging are green! In addition to the cardboard packaging, we use packing tape, which is made of paper and has excellent adhesion thanks to rubber, and even the stickers and delivery note bag are plastic-free and environmentally friendly.
We make sure that every item is packaged properly and carefully so that nothing can happen to your goods on the way to you. If you discover any damage, please contact our support team directly.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive the DHL tracking information by email as soon as the package is ready for shipment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
As long as we have not yet started producing your order or it has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to cancel it. The best thing to do is to send us an email to hello@wijld.com or call us on +49 (0)202 / 94 69 0051 and we will immediately check the status of your order and whether we can still cancel it.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to our automated warehouse and shipping system, we do not have access to your order to change or cancel individual items. However, we are happy to cancel your order so that you can simply place it again - provided, of course, that we have not yet started production or it has not yet been shipped.
So if you want to change something in your order or have made a typo in the ordering process, just write us an email as soon as possible to hello@wijld.com or call us on +49 (0)202 / 94 69 0051 and we will see what we can do for you.
CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER LATER?
No, unfortunately, subsequent changes are not possible. You can either place another order or return your order once it has arrived using our free returns service.
HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS FOR MY ONLINE ORDER WORK?
Click on the desired product, make your selection, for example, regarding color or size, and add it to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Add to cart” button.
You will now be confirmed that the item is in your shopping cart. Here you can now choose whether you want to put more items in your shopping cart (“Continue shopping”) or whether you want to be taken directly to the shopping cart (“Continue to shopping cart”). The number of items in your shopping cart is also displayed in the top right. In the shopping cart itself, you can adjust the number of items or remove items.
You also have the option to redeem vouchers on the shopping cart page. To do this, enter your code in the field provided under discount codes and click on "Redeem discount code". You will now see a new total for your shopping cart. Check all the details again and if everything is correct, click on "Proceed to checkout" to continue with your order.
You now have the option of creating a customer account, ordering as a guest without registering, or - if you already have a customer account - logging in. To do this, log in with your email address and password and you can order again without having to enter your data again.
CAN I ALSO ORDER BY PHONE?
To be honest, we prefer online ordering, but if you have any challenges with your order, we can also take your order over the phone. However, for telephone orders we can only accept payment in advance, as all other payment methods in our online shop require an email address.

WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can see the current status of your order in your account. Simply log in and look under the "Order Status" column. The date shows you whether you are looking at the right order if you have several open. As soon as your order status changes to e.g. if the delivery has changed, we will also notify you by email.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED CORRECTLY?
If everything went well with your order and we received it, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If you have not received a confirmation but are sure that you have definitely placed the order, please contact to our customer service. We will be happy to help you!
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
We offer our corporate fashion service from a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces. You can vary sizes, but only one type (women or men) and only one shirt color is possible per order.
When an order is placed, our production takes up to 3 months, as the shirts are only produced, cut and printed upon request.

PAYMENT
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK IN THE WIJLD.COM SHOP?
At wijld.com we work with a secure SSL connection and offer you various payment options. You can pay for your order in advance, via PayPal, direct debit, credit card or invoice. All payment methods are free of charge (0 euros)!
PAYMENT ON INVOICE
We process payment on account through our partner Klarna. Klarna is an online payment provider that accepts and processes your payment for us.
When paying by invoice, you have approximately one month after your order has been shipped to you to pay the invoice amount into the specified Klarna account. You will receive the invoice together with your shipping notification by email, and your individual payment deadline will also be specified there.
Attention: If you miss this deadline, Klarna will send you a payment reminder by email. After the third payment reminder, you will be sent a reminder by email. Please always respond immediately, as we unfortunately have no influence on reminder fees or other consequences. In the case of payment by invoice, Klarna is the rightful payment recipient, as they process the payment completely independently on our behalf. If you do not agree to this, simply choose a different payment method.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY IN ADVANCE:
If you pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as your invoice amount has been received in our account at GLS Bank (see details below). When making the transfer, please enter your first and last name and your order number in the purpose field.

It can take a few days for a transfer to reach us. Within Germany it can take up to 3 days and for a transfer from abroad it can take longer than 3 days.
Your order will normally be processed on the same day that payment is received. However, if you are in a hurry to receive your order, you should choose one of the other payment methods to be on the safe side, as the order will always be processed as quickly as possible after receipt.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY VIA PAYPAL, DIRECT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD:
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely and receive your order quickly. To pay directly with PayPal, you need a PayPal account. During the ordering process, you can log into your PayPal account and pay for your order directly.
Important: Payment by direct debit and credit card are also processed via PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account!
How can I pay if I live outside Germany?
Customers outside Germany can pay in advance or via PayPal.
VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
First, put your items in the shopping cart. Then go to the shopping cart, where you can easily enter and redeem your voucher code. The total amount must then have changed and it should be clear that the amount was deducted due to your voucher. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.
CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT TO MY ORDER RETROSPECTIVELY?
Normally, it would always be great if you made sure that the discount code you specified was redeemed when you placed your order and that your order total was reduced. If you subsequently discover that something went wrong, you can always contact our customer service. They will then try to grant you the discount retrospectively. (Important: We cannot always guarantee that a discount will still be possible afterwards).
RETURNS, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
I HAVE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT?

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE. WHY?
An order will only be delivered incomplete if we have previously agreed a partial delivery with you personally or if we have informed you that something cannot be delivered for whatever reason. Either way: we will not do anything without first contacting you and informing you. If this should happen, please contact us directly so that we can quickly clarify the situation.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT NOW?
Oh dear... that should definitely not happen!!! We are very, very sorry if the items you ordered are damaged! Please contact us immediately, preferably by email with a short description and photos of the damage attached. We would also need a photo of the cardboard packaging. This way we can get a better idea of the problem and prevent such damage in the future. But rest assured: we will do everything we can to find a solution and make you happy again!
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS?
If you do not like the items you ordered or they do not fit, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving the order. Items that you order from us between November 1st and December 24th can be returned to us up to and including January 31st of the following year. Returning your order is very easy: use our DHL service and generate your own return label. Return shipping from Germany is free of charge for you. You can find more information and the relevant documents here.
But be careful: Please send the items back to us in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed and please make sure that the items show no signs of use!
As soon as the goods arrive and have been checked by us, we will send you the corresponding credit note. We will refund the amount within 14 days.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
For logistical reasons, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a direct exchange. However, you can return your item and place a new order straight away. This way we can ensure that your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A RETURN TO WIJLD?
No, there are no costs for you if you return the item within Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return costs from countries other than Germany.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I RETURN AN ITEM?
We will send the refund to the account/payment method you used to pay for the order.

Definitely yes! Our wooden clothing is made vegan. We make sure that no animal components are used in the production process. This means that the entire production chain, from the yarn to the fabric to the finished garment, is vegan. It is very important to us that our sustainable clothing is produced fairly. This not only means fair production conditions in the EU, but also fairness towards nature and the animal world. “FAIR T-SHIRTS” WHAT EXACTLY DOES THAT MEAN?
It is extremely important to us to produce our WoodShirts, long sleeves and hoodies fairly. In addition to the use of environmentally friendly materials and local production, this is one of the three main elements of wijld. It means, for example, that all employees involved are paid fairly and that good working conditions prevail in the production facility. That is why we manufacture our wooden clothing fairly in Portugal. Manufacturing within the EU was important to us because it makes it easier for us to ensure that the conditions for the employees are fair. The distance is also shorter, which of course not only means shorter transport routes and therefore lower emissions, but it is also easy for us to get an idea of the situation on site ourselves. WOODSHIRTS ARE SUSTAINABLE T-SHIRTS MADE FROM WOOD, BUT WHAT MAKES THEM SO SUSTAINABLE?
For our sustainable T-shirts, we use wood, a local raw material. This reduces transport routes and also saves a lot of water and chemicals at the same time, because unlike cotton, trees do not require artificial irrigation, fertilizers or pesticides. Our sustainable T-shirts made of wood save around 1,000 liters of water, 150 ml of toxic chemicals and 600 g of CO² in production compared to a conventional T-shirt made of cotton! In addition, the wood we use comes exclusively from certified sustainable forestry. This means that for every tree that is processed, new ones are immediately planted. WHAT BENEFITS DO ORGANIC T-SHIRTS OFFER?
Put simply, organic clothing is environmentally friendly clothing in which care has been taken to ensure that no environmentally harmful substances are used throughout the entire production chain. This means that the groundwater is not polluted, the health of employees in production is protected and, of course, you ultimately benefit from it too. By wearing organic clothing made from wood, you avoid harmful substances being released onto your skin via the T-shirt, tank top, long sleeve or sweater. This means that even people with allergies can wear our environmentally friendly clothing. WILL MY DESIRED ITEM BE AVAILABLE AGAIN?
We are always delighted when you like our wooden friends as much as we do. Unfortunately, sometimes we are unable to restock all items and so they are no longer in our range for the time being. Sorry about that!

CAN I ALSO BUY THE WOODY FABRIC FROM YOU?
No, unfortunately we have no possibility to sell our fabrics.
HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR WOODEN CLOTHES?
You can wash our shirts, tank tops, long-sleeved shirts and sweaters as normal. We only recommend washing the clothes inside out at a maximum of 30°C (especially with printed shirts) to ensure you can enjoy them for longer. You should also only iron them inside out at medium heat and without steam. And in general, we recommend not using a dryer, and fabric softener is actually not necessary. Our shirts are naturally very soft, smooth and dry much faster than cotton. By the way, we always include appropriate care instructions with every order!
CAN I USE A DRYER?
We generally advise against using a dryer. However, you can generally treat our items like standard cotton items. We just can't guarantee that our products will last long.
That’s why we always include care instructions in every package!
HOW IS WIJLD CLOTHING CUT FROM WOOD? IS THERE A SIZE CHART?
We have invested a lot of time in our cuts to ensure we have the perfect cut for every figure.
You can find our size charts for our cuts online at the bottom of all product pages. We recommend that you compare the measurements (always measured simply) with one of your current favorite shirts/sweaters. This should give you a good idea of which size is best for you!
!CAN I ALSO COMBINE DIFFERENT COLOURS OR SIZES WITH THE DISCOUNTED DOUBLE PACKS?
Unfortunately not. Our doubles always contain two shirts in the same cut, the same color and the same size. Anything else would unfortunately mean too much manual effort. A combination of different colors or cuts is unfortunately not possible at the moment. But you can of course order the shirts individually!

In principle, of course, we are reluctant to do this for you … ;-)

Unfortunately, we don't have a store (yet) and so all items are only available online. However, you can browse and shop in our shop 24 hours a day - no matter what time it is.
