DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING COSTS?
For shipping, packaging, and handling, we charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros for each delivery. Shipping costs are waived for orders over 79 euros.
For shipping to Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Poland, as well as the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, wijld charges shipping costs of 7.90 euros. These shipping costs are waived for orders over 150 euros.
For shipping to Albania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, and Cyprus, wijld charges shipping costs of 14.90 euros. These shipping costs are also waived for orders over 150 euros.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE SHIPPED?
We usually ship your order within 1-2 business days.
WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?
For shipping, we use the DHL GoGreen service as standard. Within Germany, this usually takes about 1 to 3 business days.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time depends on two factors:
- your chosen payment method, and
- of course, where in the world you live.
Orders paid via PayPal, direct debit, credit card, or invoice are processed by us as quickly as possible. If you pay in advance, we can only process your order once the payment has been received in our account. This can take up to 2 days within Germany, and longer from abroad.
Depending on whether you live in Germany, France, or Cyprus, our delivery service may also need a few extra days due to the distance before it reaches you.
CAN I ALSO HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MY PACKSTATION?
It is also possible within Germany to send the order to parcel lockers. The shipment must simply have minimum dimensions of 15 x 11 x 1 cm and must not exceed the dimensions of 60 x 35 x 35 cm.
At checkout, we will notify you if a product is too large to be sent to a parcel locker.
To send to your parcel locker, simply enter the number of your parcel locker and your personal post number in the two lines of the "Street and House Number" field under the delivery address by clicking on “Ship to a different address” during the ordering process.
HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY PACK THE GOODS?
We did a lot of research and actually managed it: Truly ALL components of our packaging are green! In addition to the cardboard packaging, we use tape made of paper that sticks perfectly thanks to rubber, and even the stickers and delivery note pouch are plastic-free and environmentally friendly.
We make sure that every item is packed neatly and carefully so that nothing can happen to your goods on the way to you. In case you still find any damage, it’s best to contact our support directly.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive the DHL tracking information by email as soon as the package is ready for shipment.
YOUR ORDER
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
As long as we have not yet started producing your order or it has not yet been shipped, you are welcome to cancel it. The best way is to send us an email at hello@wijld.com or call us at +49 (0)202 / 94 69 0051, and we will immediately check the status of your order and whether we can still cancel it.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, due to our automated warehouse and shipping system, we do not have access to your order to change or cancel individual items. However, we can gladly cancel your order so you can simply place it again – provided, of course, that we have not yet started production or it has not yet been shipped.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER AFTERWARDS?
No, unfortunately, changes cannot be made afterwards. You can either place another order or return your order using our free return service once it has arrived.
HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS FOR MY ONLINE PURCHASE WORK?
Click on the desired product, make your selection, for example, regarding color or size, and add it to your shopping cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button.
You will then receive confirmation that the item is in your shopping cart. Here you can choose whether to add more items to your cart ("Continue Shopping") or go directly to the shopping cart ("Go to Cart"). The number of items in your cart is also displayed at the top right. In the cart itself, you can adjust the quantity of items or remove items.
On the cart page, you also have the option to redeem vouchers. To do this, enter your code in the designated field under Discount Codes and click "Apply Discount Code." A new total for your cart will then be displayed. Check all details again, and if everything is correct, click "Proceed to Checkout" to continue with your order.
You now have the option to create a customer account, order as a guest without registration, or—if you already have an account—log in. To do this, sign in with your email address and password, allowing you to order again without having to enter your details again.
CAN I ALSO ORDER BY PHONE?
Honestly, we prefer online orders, but if you have any issues with your order, we also accept orders by phone. However, for phone orders, we can only accept payment in advance, as all other payment methods in our online shop require an email address.

WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can check the current status of your order in your account. Just log in and look under the "Order Status" column. The date shows you if you are checking the correct order, in case you have multiple open orders. As soon as your order status changes, for example to shipped, you will also be notified by email.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED CORRECTLY?
Once your order has been successfully placed and received by us, you will receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes. If you have not received a confirmation but are sure that you placed the order, please contact our customer service. We are always happy to assist you!
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
We offer our Corporate Fashion Service starting from a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces. You can vary sizes, but only one type per order (either Women or Men) and only one shirt color is possible.
Once the order is placed, our production takes up to 3 months, as the shirts are only produced, cut, and printed on demand.

PAYMENT
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK IN THE WIJLD.COM SHOP?
At wijld.com, we use a secure SSL connection and offer you various payment options. You can pay for your order in advance, via PayPal, direct debit, credit card, or on invoice. All payment methods are free of any additional charges (0 euros)!
PAYMENT BY INVOICE
We process payment by invoice through our partner Klarna. Klarna is an online payment provider that receives and handles your payment on our behalf.
When paying by invoice, you have about one month to pay the invoice amount to the specified Klarna account after your order has been shipped to you. You will receive the invoice along with your shipping notification by email, which will also include your individual payment deadline.
Note: If you miss this deadline, Klarna will send you a payment reminder by email. After the third payment reminder, a dunning notice will be sent to you by email. Please respond promptly, as we unfortunately have no influence over late fees or other consequences. In the case of payment by invoice, Klarna is the rightful payment recipient, as they independently handle the payment completely on our behalf. If you do not agree with this, please feel free to choose another payment method.

It may take a few days for a transfer to reach us. Within the country, it can take up to 3 days, and for an international transfer, it may take longer than 3 days.
Your order is usually processed on the day the payment is received. However, if you need your order quickly, you should choose one of the other payment methods to be safe, as those orders are always processed as quickly as possible after receipt.
IF YOU CHOOSE PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL, DIRECT DEBIT, OR CREDIT CARD:
PayPal is an online payment service that allows you to pay securely and receive your order quickly. To pay directly with PayPal, you need a PayPal account. During the checkout process, you can log into your PayPal account and pay for your order immediately.
Important: Payments by direct debit and credit card are also processed through PayPal, but you do not need a PayPal account for these!
How can I pay if I live outside Germany?
Customers outside Germany can pay either in advance or via PayPal.
VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
First, add your items to the shopping cart. Then go to the cart, where you can easily enter and redeem your voucher code. The total amount should then have changed, and it should be clear that the amount was deducted because of your voucher. If this is not the case, please contact our customer service.
CAN I ALSO APPLY A DISCOUNT TO MY ORDER RETROACTIVELY?
Normally, it’s always great if you make sure yourself that the discount code you entered during your order has been applied and your total amount has been reduced accordingly. If you later find that something went wrong, you can definitely contact our customer service. They will then try to grant you the discount retroactively. (Important: We cannot always guarantee that a discount can still be applied afterwards).
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND COMPLAINTS
I NEED TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO DO IT?

MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE. WHY?
An order will only be delivered incomplete if we have previously agreed on a partial delivery with you personally or informed you that, for whatever reason, something cannot be delivered. Either way: we do nothing without contacting you first and informing you. If this situation should still occur, please contact us directly so we can quickly clarify the matter.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT NOW?
Oh no… this absolutely must not happen!!! We are very, very sorry if the items you ordered are damaged! Please contact us immediately, preferably by email with a brief description and photos of the damage attached. We would also need a photo of the cardboard packaging. This way, we can get a better understanding of the problem and prevent such damage in the future. Rest assured: we will do everything possible to find a solution and make you happy again!
HOW DO YOU HANDLE EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS?
If you do not like or if the items you ordered do not fit, you can return them to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items ordered from us between November 1 and December 24 can be returned to us until January 31 of the following year. Returning your order is very easy: You can find more information and the necessary documents here.
But please note: Return the items in their original packaging, unworn and unwashed, and make sure the items show no signs of use!
As soon as the goods arrive and have been checked by us, we will send you the corresponding credit note. We will refund the amount within 14 days.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
Yes, when registering your return, you can choose which items you want to exchange or immediately reorder with the credited amount. As soon as your return has been processed, your new order will be shipped automatically.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A RETURN TO WIJLD?
There is only a contribution of €2 for the return shipping if you return within Germany. Unfortunately, we cannot cover the return shipping costs from countries other than Germany.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK FOR A RETURN?
We send the refund to the account/payment method you used to pay for the order.

WHAT MAKES A WOODSHIRT SO SPECIAL?
Even though "clothing made from wood" might sound strange and scratchy at first, our WoodShirts, tank tops, long sleeves, sweaters, and zip hoodies are actually made from a very cool and, above all, super soft fabric. In addition to ecological benefits, it also offers unique properties and optimal wearing comfort. In short, clothing made from wood is fashion with a feel-good factor.

CAN IT BE SAID THAT WOODSHIRTS ARE ALSO VEGAN T-SHIRTS?
Definitely yes! Our clothing made from wood is produced vegan. We ensure that no animal components are used during manufacturing. This means the entire production chain, from the yarn to the fabric to the finished garment, is vegan. It is very important to us to produce our sustainable clothing fairly. This not only means fair working conditions within the EU but also fairness towards nature and animal life. "FAIR T-SHIRTS" WHAT DOES THAT EXACTLY MEAN?
For us, it is extremely important to produce our WoodShirts, long sleeves, and hoodies fairly. This is, alongside the use of eco-friendly materials and local manufacturing, one of the three main elements of wijld. It means, for example, that all involved employees are paid fairly and that good working conditions exist at the production site. That is why we produce our clothing made from wood fairly in Portugal. Manufacturing within the EU was important to us because it makes it easier to ensure that the conditions for the employees are fair. The shorter distance also means not only shorter transport routes and thus lower emissions, but it also makes it easy for us to get a firsthand impression of the situation on site.

WOODSHIRTS are sustainable T-shirts made from wood, but what makes them so sustainable?
We use wood as a locally sourced raw material to produce our eco-friendly T-shirts – this way, we reduce transportation distances and minimize environmental impact. Unlike cotton, trees do not require artificial irrigation, fertilizers, or pesticides.
Compared to a conventional cotton T-shirt, each T-shirt made from wood fibers saves approximately:
- 1,000 liters of water
- 150 ml of harmful chemicals
- 600 g of CO₂ emissions
The wood we use comes exclusively from certified sustainable forestry – meaning: for every tree processed, a new one is planted.

WHAT ADVANTAGES DO ORGANIC T-SHIRTS OFFER?
Organic clothing is simply environmentally friendly clothing where care is taken throughout the entire production chain to ensure that no harmful substances are used. This prevents groundwater pollution, protects the health of the workers in manufacturing, and ultimately benefits you as well. By wearing organic clothing made from wood, you avoid harmful substances being transferred to your skin through the T-shirt, tank top, long sleeve, or sweater. That’s why even allergy sufferers can wear our eco-friendly clothing. Thanks to the ecological production process and the special properties of the wood fabric, it is even antibacterial. WILL MY DESIRED ITEM BE RESTOCKED?
We’re always really happy when our wooden friends appeal to you as much as they do to us. Unfortunately, sometimes we don’t restock all items, so they won’t be available in our range for the time being. Sorry about that!

CAN I ALSO BUY THE WOODEN FABRIC FROM YOU?
No, unfortunately we do not have the option to sell our fabrics.
HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR CLOTHING MADE FROM WOOD?
You can wash our shirts, tank tops, long sleeves, and sweaters just like any other clothing. We only recommend, especially for printed shirts, to turn them inside out and wash at a maximum of 30 °C to enjoy the clothing longer. Also, you should iron them only from the inside at medium heat and without steam. In general, we recommend avoiding the dryer, and fabric softener is usually not necessary. Our shirts are naturally very soft, smooth, and dry much faster than cotton. By the way, we always include care instructions with every order!
CAN I USE A DRYER?
In general, we advise against using a dryer. Basically, you can treat our items like regular cotton products. However, we cannot guarantee that our products will last a long time if you do.
That’s why we always include care instructions with every package!
HOW IS WIJLD CLOTHING MADE FROM WOOD CUT? IS THERE A SIZE CHART?
We have invested a lot of time in our cuts to have the perfect fit for almost every figure.
You can find our size charts for our cuts online at the very bottom of every product page. We recommend comparing the measurements (always taken simply) with one of your current favorite shirts or sweaters. This should give you a good idea of which size is best for you!
CAN I MIX DIFFERENT COLORS OR SIZES IN THE DISCOUNTED DOUBLE PACKS?
Unfortunately not. Our doubles always include two shirts in the same cut, color, and size. Anything else would unfortunately require a lot of manual effort. So far, a combination of different colors or cuts is not possible. However, you are of course welcome to order the shirts individually!
