PACKAGING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING?
We charge a flat rate of 5.90 euros for shipping, packaging and handling for each delivery. For orders over 79 euros, there are no postage costs.
For shipping to Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands and the Czech Republic, wijld charges postage costs of 7.90 euros. These postage costs are waived for orders over 150 euros.
For shipping to Albania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Great Britain, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Sweden, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary and Cyprus, wijld charges postage costs of 14.90 euros. These postage costs are also waived for orders over 150 euros.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO SHIP?
WHICH DELIVERY SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We use the DHL GoGreen service as standard for shipping. Within Germany, this usually takes about 1 to 3 working days.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
The delivery time depends on two things:
- from your selected payment method and
- of course also depends on where in the world you live.
Orders paid via PayPal, direct debit, credit card or invoice will be processed as quickly as possible. If you pay in advance, we cannot process your order until the payment has been received in our account. This can take up to 2 days within Germany, and longer from abroad.
Depending on whether you live in Germany, France or Cyprus, our delivery service may sometimes need a few days longer to reach you, depending on the distance.
CAN I ALSO HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED TO MY PACKSTATION?
It is also possible to send the order to packing stations within Germany. The shipment must have at least the dimensions 15 x 11 x 1 cm and must not exceed the dimensions 60 x 35 x 35 cm.
During checkout we will inform you if a product is too large to be sent to a packing station.
To send to your Packstation, simply enter the number of your Packstation and your personal postal code in the two lines in the “Street and house number” field of the delivery address during the ordering process by clicking on “Send to another address”.
HOW DO YOU ACTUALLY PACKAGE THE PRODUCTS?
We have done a lot of research and have actually managed it: ALL components of our packaging are green! In addition to the cardboard packaging, we use packing tape, which is made of paper and has excellent adhesion thanks to rubber, and even the stickers and delivery note bag are plastic-free and environmentally friendly.
We make sure that every item is packaged properly and carefully so that nothing can happen to your goods on the way to you. If you discover any damage, please contact our support team directly.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive the DHL tracking information by email as soon as the package is ready for shipment.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order hasn’t entered production or been shipped yet, we can still cancel it for you. Just drop us a quick email at hello@wijld.com or call us on +49 (0)202 / 94 69 0051. We’ll check things out right away and let you know if cancellation is still possible.
CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Since our warehouse and shipping system is fully automated, we're unfortunately unable to make changes to individual items in your order once it's been placed. But if we haven’t started production or shipping yet, we’re happy to cancel your order—so you can simply place a new one with the correct details.

CAN I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER LATER?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes to your order after it's been placed. If you need additional items, feel free to submit a new order. Alternatively, once your current order arrives, you’re welcome to send it back using our free returns service.
HOW DOES THE ORDER PROCESS FOR MY ONLINE ORDER WORK?
Simply click on the product you want, choose your preferred options like color or size, and hit the “Add to Cart” button. You’ll get a confirmation that the item has been added. From there, you can either keep browsing with “Continue Shopping” or head straight to your cart via “Go to Cart.”
You'll also see a quick cart summary in the top right corner showing how many items you’ve added.
Inside the cart, you can adjust quantities or remove items. There’s also a space to enter your discount code—just pop it in under “Promo Code” and click “Apply.” Your new total will update automatically.
Once everything looks good, click “Proceed to Checkout” to finalize your order.
You can choose to create a customer account, check out as a guest, or log in if you already have an account. Returning customers just enter their email and password—no need to retype your details.
CAN I ALSO ORDER BY PHONE?
We do recommend placing your order online—but if you run into any issues, we’re happy to take your order over the phone. Please note that for phone orders, we can only accept prepayment, as other payment methods in our online shop require an email address.

WHAT IS THE CURRENT STATUS OF MY ORDER?
You can easily check the current status of your order by logging into your account. Just head to the “Order Status” section. If you’ve placed multiple orders, the listed date will help you make sure you’re looking at the right one.
Once the status changes—like when your order is marked as shipped—you’ll also receive an email notification from us right away.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED CORRECTLY?
Once your order has been successfully placed and received on our end, you’ll get a confirmation email within just a few minutes.
If you haven’t received one but are confident that your order went through, don’t worry—our customer support team is happy to help. Just reach out to us, and we’ll make sure everything is sorted for you.
CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY ORDER?
We offer our corporate fashion service from a minimum order quantity of 100 pieces. You can vary sizes, but only one type (women or men) and only one shirt color is possible per order.
When an order is placed, our production takes up to 3 months, as the shirts are only produced, cut and printed upon request.

PAYMENT
HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK IN THE WIJLD.COM SHOP?
At wijld.com we work with a secure SSL connection and offer you various payment options. You can pay for your order in advance, via PayPal, direct debit, credit card or invoice. All payment methods are free of charge (0 euros)!
PAYMENT ON INVOICE
We work with Klarna, an established online payment provider, to process invoice-based payments.
Once your order has shipped, you typically have around 30 days to transfer the total amount to the Klarna account provided in your shipping confirmation email. Your invoice and individual payment deadline will be included in that email.
Important Notice: If the payment isn’t made by the deadline, Klarna will send you a reminder by email. After the third reminder, you’ll receive a formal notice of payment. Please respond to these messages promptly, as we have no influence over any late fees or further actions taken by Klarna.
Since Klarna handles the payment process independently, they are the official recipient of your invoice payment. If you’re not comfortable with this option, feel free to choose a different payment method at checkout.

If you choose to pay in advance, your order will be processed as soon as your payment arrives in our account at GLS Bank (details below).

It can take a few days for a transfer to reach us. Within Germany it can take up to 3 days and for a transfer from abroad it can take longer than 3 days.
Your order will normally be processed on the same day that payment is received. However, if you are in a hurry to receive your order, you should choose one of the other payment methods to be on the safe side, as the order will always be processed as quickly as possible after receipt.
It may take a few days for your payment to reach us. Domestic transfers can take up to three business days, while international payments may take a bit longer.
Once your payment is received, your order is usually processed on the same day.
If your order is time-sensitive, we recommend choosing an alternative payment method to ensure faster processing, those are handled immediately upon confirmation.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO PAY VIA PAYPAL, DIRECT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD:
PayPal is an online payment service that lets you pay securely and ensures quick processing of your order. To pay directly with PayPal, you’ll need a PayPal account. During checkout, you can simply log in to your account and complete the payment right away.
Important:
Direct debit and credit card payments are also handled via PayPal—but you don’t need a PayPal account to use those methods.
For Customers Outside Germany:
If you're ordering from outside Germany, you can pay either by prepayment or via PayPal.
VOUCHERS AND DISCOUNTS
HOW DO I REDEEM A GIFT CARD?
Start by adding your desired items to the shopping cart. Once you’re in the cart, you can easily enter and apply your discount code. The total amount should update automatically, showing the discount deducted from your order.
If you don’t see the updated total, please reach out to our customer support team.
CAN I APPLY A DISCOUNT AFTER PLACING MY ORDER?
It’s always a good idea to make sure your discount code has been properly applied during checkout, the total should reflect the reduced price.
If you realize afterwards that something went wrong, feel free to reach out to our customer support team. They’ll do their best to apply the discount retroactively.
Please note: While we’ll try to help, we can’t guarantee that a post-purchase discount adjustment will always be possible.
RETURNS, RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS

If available, please have your invoice or order number ready—this helps us assist you faster.
MY ORDER ARRIVED INCOMPLETE. WHY?
An order will only be delivered in part if we've personally arranged a partial shipment with you or notified you in advance that certain items can't be delivered for specific reasons. In any case, we’ll always contact you first and keep you informed.
If you believe something was missing from your delivery and you haven’t heard from us, please reach out right away so we can resolve the situation quickly.
MY ORDER ARRIVED DAMAGED. WHAT NOW?
Oh no... that Should Never Happen! We’re really sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged. Please contact us right away, ideally by email, with a brief description and photos of the damage. It would also be helpful to include a photo of the shipping box, so we can better understand what went wrong and take steps to prevent it from happening again.
One thing’s for sure: we’ll do everything we can to find a solution and make things right for you.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH EXCHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS?
If your items don’t fit or simply aren’t to your liking, you can return them within 14 days of receiving your order. Items purchased between November 1st and December 24th can be returned up to January 31st of the following year.

Please make sure to return items in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and free of any signs of use.
Once your return arrives and is successfully inspected, we’ll issue a refund. Usually within 14 days.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM FROM MY ORDER?
When registering your return, you can select which items you’d like to receive in exchange or use your refunded amount to place a new order right away.
As soon as your return has been processed, your new order will be shipped automatically.
DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR A RETURN TO WIJLD?
For returns from within Germany, we charge a small fee of €2 to help cover shipping costs.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cover return shipping for orders sent back from outside of Germany.
HOW DO I GET MY MONEY BACK IF I RETURN AN ITEM?
We will send the refund to the account/payment method you used to pay for the order.

“FAIR T-SHIRTS” WHAT EXACTLY DOES THAT MEAN?
Creating our WoodShirts, long sleeves, and hoodies fairly is deeply important to us. Alongside using eco-friendly materials and local production, it forms one of the three pillars of wijld.
Fairness means that everyone involved is treated with respect—from proper wages to safe and supportive working conditions. That’s why we produce our wooden clothing in Portugal, under fair standards and within the EU. Manufacturing inside Europe allows us to better ensure ethical conditions for all team members.
It also means shorter transport routes—which not only lowers emissions but also makes it easier for us to regularly visit the production sites and see everything firsthand.

WOODSHIRTS ARE SUSTAINABLE T-SHIRTS MADE FROM WOOD, BUT WHAT MAKES THEM SO SUSTAINABLE?
We use wood as a locally sourced raw material to create our eco-friendly T-shirts, reducing transport distances and minimizing environmental impact. Unlike cotton, trees don’t require artificial irrigation, fertilizers, or pesticides.
Compared to a conventional cotton T-shirt, each wood-based T-shirt saves approximately:
- 1,000 liters of water
- 150 ml of harmful chemicals
- 600 g of CO₂ emissions
The wood we use comes exclusively from certified sustainable forestry, meaning for every tree processed, new ones are planted in its place.

WHAT BENEFITS DO ORGANIC T-SHIRTS OFFER?
Put simply, organic clothing is environmentally friendly clothing in which care has been taken to ensure that no environmentally harmful substances are used throughout the entire production chain. This means that the groundwater is not polluted, the health of employees in production is protected and, of course, you ultimately benefit from it too. By wearing organic clothing made from wood, you avoid harmful substances being released onto your skin via the T-shirt, tank top, long sleeve or sweater. This means that even people with allergies can wear our environmentally friendly clothing. CAN I ALSO BUY THE WOODY FABRIC FROM YOU?
No, unfortunately we have no possibility to sell our fabrics.
HOW DO I BEST CARE FOR WOODEN CLOTHES?
You can wash our shirts, tank tops, long sleeves, and pullovers just like any other garment.
For long-lasting enjoyment, especially with printed designs, we recommend washing them inside out at a maximum of 30°C.
When ironing, please turn the items inside out, use medium heat, and avoid steam.
We also suggest skipping the dryer and fabric softener, as they’re not needed. Our shirts are naturally soft, smooth, and dry much faster than cotton.
And don’t worry: We always include appropriate care instructions with every order!
CAN I USE A DRYER?
We generally recommend not using a dryer for our products. While you can treat them like conventional cotton garments, please note that we can’t guarantee long-lasting durability if tumble drying is used. That’s why we always include care instructions in every package!
HOW IS WIJLD CLOTHING CUT FROM WOOD? IS THERE A SIZE CHART?
We’ve spent a lot of time perfecting our cuts to suit a wide variety of body shapes—because great style starts with great fit.
You’ll find our size charts for each cut at the bottom of every product page.
We recommend comparing the measurements (always measured flat) with one of your favorite shirts or sweaters. That’ll give you a solid idea of which size will work best for you!
CAN I ALSO COMBINE DIFFERENT COLOURS OR SIZES WITH THE DISCOUNTED DOUBLE PACKS?
Unfortunately, no. Our Doubles always include two shirts of the same cut, color, and size.
Offering custom combinations would require a great deal of manual effort, so it's not possible at this time. Of course, you're always welcome to order individual shirts separately to suit your preferences!

HOW CAN I DELETE MY USER ACCOUNT?
While we'd rather not see you go ;-), the easiest way to delete your account is to send us an email or give us a quick call.
Once you've let us know, we'll take care of it right away and your customer account will be deleted in no time.
