We ship your order using DHL’s eco-friendly GoGreen service as our standard option. For deliveries within Germany, the shipping cost is €5.90. If your order total exceeds €79, shipping is free.

For shipments to Andorra, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Austria, Poland, Sweden, the Netherlands, and the Czech Republic, the shipping fee is €7.90. Orders over €150 qualify for free shipping.

For orders sent to Albania, Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, the United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Switzerland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, and Cyprus, the shipping cost is €14.90. As with other regions, shipping is free for orders over €150.

Please note that deliveries outside the European Union may incur additional customs charges and handling fees. These are usually billed directly by the shipping provider.

Since we send sponsorships not only in a digital format but also as a physical certificate in DIN A4 size by post, the shipping costs for letters are lower. The price difference will be refunded to you after your order has been processed.

For shipping up to 10 certificates per envelope within Germany, wijld charges a postal fee of €2.00. For deliveries to Austria, Switzerland, and France, the fee is €4.00.

If your order also includes a wooden clothing item, we’ll ship everything together using the DHL GoGreen service at our standard shipping rates.

Depending on the volume of incoming orders, we usually need between 1 and 3 business days to prepare your package for shipping. We use DHL’s GoGreen service by default, which ensures carbon-neutral delivery. Within Germany, shipments typically arrive within 1 to 2 business days.

International delivery times may vary significantly depending on the destination country. Compared to domestic shipping, international orders generally require longer delivery times. For the most accurate delivery estimate, we recommend checking DHL’s tracking system. You'll receive your tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

If you'd like to have your order delivered to a Packstation or DHL service point, simply select "Ship to a different address" when entering your delivery details, and then click the DHL button labeled "Delivery to a DHL collection point." From there, you can easily choose or enter your preferred station or shop. Just don’t forget your personal DHL customer number!

Our packaging is entirely eco-friendly! In addition to cardboard boxes, we use paper-based packing tape with strong natural rubber adhesive. Even our stickers and delivery slip envelopes are plastic-free and environmentally conscious.
Each item is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. If you do notice any damage upon delivery, please reach out directly to our customer support team.
