Note: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and reorder the desired variant.
Important: You have 14 days to send your order back to us. Processing the return, starting from its arrival at the wijld warehouse, can take up to two weeks . You can find detailed information in our General Terms and Conditions.
Return within Germany
Step 1: Please register your return through our returns portal. We will provide you with the return label.
Step 2: Print out the return label or show the QR code at DHL to send your return to us.
Step 3: Once we have inspected the returned items, we will issue the refund.
The refund will be made using the method selected in the returns portal.
Returns from other EU countries
Step 1: Please register your return through our returns portal.
Step 2: Send the return back to us, together with the delivery note, using a shipping provider of your choice.

Returns from outside the EU
Please note that deliveries outside the EU may incur additional customs and customs clearance fees.

You can print the return label directly or save it as a QR code and show it at the post office.
As returns from Switzerland are not free of charge, we will deduct the costs incurred from the value of your returned goods.
