Returns within Germany
Step 1: Please register your return through our returns portal. We will provide you with the return label.

Step 2: Print out the return label or show the QR code at DHL to send us your return.
Step 3: Once we have checked the returned items, we will process the refund.
The refund will be issued using the method selected in the returns portal.
Returns from outside the EU
Step 1: Please register your return through our returns portal.

Step 2: Send the return to us along with the delivery note using a shipping service of your choice.
Step 3: As soon as we have checked the returned items, we will process the refund.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional costs for customs and customs clearance may apply.

Step 2: Generate your return label here to send your items back to us from Switzerland.
You can print the return label directly or save it as a QR code and show it at the post shop.
Since the return from Switzerland is not free of charge, we will charge the incurred costs along with your returned goods.
You have 14 days to return your order to us. Processing the return, from receipt at the wijld warehouse, can take up to two weeks.
