Returns within Germany
Step 1: Please register your return via our returns portal. We will provide you with the return label.

Step 2: Print out the return label or show the QR code to DHL to send us your return.
Step 3: Once we have inspected the returned items, we will process the refund.
The refund will be made using the method selected in the returns portal.
Returns from outside the EU
Step 1: Please register your return via our returns portal.

Step 2: Send the return shipment back to us along with the delivery note using a shipping service provider of your choice.

Please note that for deliveries outside the EU , additional costs for customs and customs clearance may apply.

You can print out the return label directly or save it as a QR code and show it at the post office.
Since returns from Switzerland are not free , we will offset the costs incurred against your returned goods.
You have 14 days to return your order to us. Processing the return, from receipt at the wijld warehouse, may take up to two weeks.
