Note: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and order the desired variant anew.
Important: You have 14 days to return your order to us. Processing the return, from receipt at the wijld warehouse, can take up to two weeks. Detailed information can be found in our Terms and Conditions.
Returns within Germany
Step 1: Please register your return through our returns portal. We will provide you with the return label.
Step 2: Print out the return label or show the QR code to DHL to send us your return.
Step 3: Once we have checked the returned items, we will process the refund.
The refund will be made using the method selected in the returns portal.
Returns from outside the EU
Step 1: Please register your return through our returns portal.
Step 2: Send the return along with the delivery note back to us using a shipping service of your choice.

Please note that additional costs for customs and customs clearance may apply for deliveries outside the EU.

Since returns from Switzerland are not free, we will charge the incurred costs to your returned goods.
