Note: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the variant you want.
Important: You have 14 days to return your order to us. Processing the return, from the time it arrives at the wijld warehouse, can take up to two weeks . You can find detailed information in our Terms and Conditions.
Returns within Germany
Step 1: Please register your return through our returns portal. We’ll provide you with a return label.
Step 2: Print the return label or show the QR code at DHL to send your return to us.
Step 3: Once we’ve inspected the returned items, we’ll issue your refund.
The refund will be issued using the method selected in the returns portal.
Returns from outside the EU
Step 1: Please register your return through our returns portal.
Step 2: Send the return back to us with the delivery note using a shipping carrier of your choice.
Step 3: Once we have inspected the returned items, we will issue your refund.

Returns outside the EU
Please note that deliveries outside the EU may incur additional customs and customs clearance fees.

You can print your return label directly or save it as a QR code and show it at the post office.
As returns from Switzerland are not free, we will deduct the costs incurred from your refund for the returned goods.
