You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Timo Beelow, Stöcken 21, 42651 Solingen, Germany, hello@wijld.com, Phone: 020237329270) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send the notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal exists not for contracts for the supply of goods , the are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer (Section 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB).
These include in particular individually printed products from our design collection (e.g., "print shirts") or other personalized items , which are manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, a return or cancellation of these individually designed products is excluded.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to check their condition, properties, and functioning.

Deviating return shipping cost policy for Germany
For returns within Germany, you only pay a €2 contribution towards the return shipping costs. We will cover the remaining return shipping costs.
Return labels
Without prejudice to your statutory rights, return labels for your return within Germany will be provided to you. If you use these return labels, the return will only cost you €2. A link to access the return label will be provided. You can drop off your return at a parcel shop of the respective provider in Germany.
