Our functional shirts made from wood are extremely breathable thanks to the wood-based fibres and their special fabric structure, have a temperature-regulating as well as antibacterial effect, and therefore stay fresh for much longer. In addition, we use wood as a very sustainable raw material that also grows in our regions. This allows for a very resource-efficient production, which takes place entirely within the EU – more precisely in Portugal. Furthermore, the wood comes exclusively from certified sustainable forestry.
HOW OUR SPORTSWEAR MADE FROM WOOD WORKS
The special fabric of our functional shirts is made from two materials: Inside, fibers from recycled polyester are used, which quickly carry moisture away from the skin. The wood-based fibers on the outside absorb the moisture directly and immediately release it back into the air. This way, even during the most intense physical activity, a pleasantly dry and hygienic skin feeling is maintained!
QUICK DRYING
In the special fabric blend of our functional shirts, the inner side of the fabric immediately carries sweat away from the body, so that the outer wood fibres can quickly absorb the moisture and release it directly back into the air.
OPTIMAL SKIN CLIMATE
The optimal moisture control of our sport shirts supports the body's own temperature regulation.
This way, your skin stays drier than with ordinary performance shirts and you always feel fresh – without getting chilled!

What are alternatives to fast fashion? Our sportswear made with wood fibers from sustainable forestry helps ensure that the forests continue to grow. This protects water and soil, creates habitats for a wide variety of animal and plant species, and provides a natural carbon store that contributes to climate protection.
With wood, we also use a raw material that is native to our region and grows free from fertilizers, pesticides, and artificial irrigation. The entire process, from extracting fibers from wood to the finished functional shirt, takes place entirely under fair conditions within the EU.
Moreover, recycling ensures that our sports shirts are especially environmentally friendly: since the small portion of polyester-based fibers in our sports shirts is completely recycled, we give already produced materials a second life, so that neither crude oil is needed in production nor harmful landfills for disposal.
